The sodium bicarbonate , also known as baking soda, is a natural substance that helps remove acidic pH in the body it is important to maintain health.

Uses of baking soda for skin and hair

Natural scrub

Baking soda is alkaline, which means that it helps soften sebum and debris found on the skin to facilitate their removal.
