Vegetable detox soup
Loaded with fiber-rich veggies, this dish will be cleaned from the inside out. We present you the detoxifying vegetable soup. It not only detoxifies, but gives you all the nutrients your body may need, in addition to hydrating you and is great as a prevention in times of flu virus or during it.
Soup ingredients and their properties
Note: In order to burn fat and lose weight quickly, many people try to eat this soup daily without the addition of chicken meat. This soup detoxifies your system, it does not burn fat. If you remove the chicken meat, you take away most of the vital protein, which helps you stay full (not just the fiber in the vegetables).
You won’t get enough calories from eating this soup without the chicken (or for example, chickpeas or beans if you don’t eat meat and want to search for protein substitutes ).
Detox Vegetable Soup Recipe
Not taking in enough calories causes your body’s glucose levels to drop (this is your main source of energy). As a result, low glucose levels (known as “hypoglycemia”) can cause hunger, headaches , dizziness, poor concentration, anxiety and fatigue. So, do not abuse the consumption of this soup -if you use it for your diet- without the added protein that your body needs.
