Homemade ginger and sunflower seed salad dressing to reap all the nutritional benefits of these seeds and ginger root.

Sunflower seeds benefits

Sunflower seeds contain good quality omega 3 fatty acids , in this way they are excellent for preventing problems related to the cardiovascular system and improving blood circulation.

Also, they have a high content of vitamin E, which is an antioxidant, good for the skin, fertility and circulation. They have high levels of phosphorus and magnesium, great for brain function, memory and the nervous system.

On the other hand, they have a high calcium content, which is why they are recommended for pregnant women, children and people with osteoporosis, among others.

The ginger has anti-inflammatory properties and aids in digestion while the fresh lemon juice is full of vitamin C and is highly antibacterial.
