Rejuvenate 10 years with this rice mask

You can buy brown rice flour or grind it yourself in a processor to make it as powdery as possible. All that will be needed is 1/4 teaspoon of brown rice flour and you will mix it with the specified amounts of milk and honey to form a paste.

From the rice water that you previously prepared, you are going to take a portion at your convenience and you are going to mix it with the specified amounts of milk and honey. The consistency of this mask is lighter but it is just as effective. For this option you will follow the same steps as the previous one: apply the mixture on the face once it has been washed and dry, leave it for a few minutes until it dries and then remove it and wash the face with the rice water that you previously prepared. If you think you need to add more water to your rice water, you can do so for a better cleaning.


If you have sensitive skin, for both options you should do a test on your forearm to see possible reactions. These are noble products to use, but always do your tests for prevention.
