Learn to think positive

The best way to achieve emotional well-being and improve our vital force is to think positively.

When negative thoughts appear in the mind, let’s work fighting them until we block them . In this way we will be able to modify its importance for ourselves and make the practice of a good attitude in the face of adversity more effective.

The simple act of outlining a smile removes body tension and blurs negativity . So when you feel sad smile. The change will not occur overnight, but we are extremely fortunate that the mind is very ” plastic” so when you want to realize it, positivity will come to you almost automatically and the emotional block will have disappeared.
Avoid continual complaints. Assiduous complaints attract, like a magnet, the negative charges of your own adverse thoughts and emotions.

Practices to think positive

  1. Many of the perceptions that we have that something is not going well, begin to be noticed when we complain, this is the first sign that we have begun to think negatively, complain about things , to modify it now we must find a solution to that reason. which we regret and think positively since the problem will lead us to find a better way to get out of where we were.
  2. Be free from thought and emotion . Don’t let outside interference build up in your daily life.
  3. Free yourself from the negativity that surrounds you , rumors, regrets, malicious comments, etc. and prioritize what makes you feel good.
  4. Surround yourself with optimistic people , positivity is contagious. Let yourself be guided by your intuition.
  5. Do not get angry easily or give importance to the little things that at any given moment can make you feel bad. When we get irritated we are like the venom of a snake that invades our body and our mind, making us our worst enemy.
  6. Try to give space to serenity and when you feel overcome, practice relaxation to control the explosion of negative emotions.
  7. Live in the present . The past cannot be changed nor the future guessed, in this way we will eliminate the resentment of the first and the anxiety of the second. The best thing is to be present, making the day worthwhile. The only thing that worries and regrets will bring you is a physical somatization that will lead to illness.

Calm the mind using nature

Take advantage of the resources that nature offers you, to charge you with energy:


Water purifies. Whenever you have the opportunity, go to the beach, a river or a waterfall, and let yourself be flooded by that pleasant sensation that transmits the contact of your skin with the so-called elixir of life. If you can’t do it as much as you want, get under the shower at home with your eyes closed and imagine that the negativity that you carry and the physical and mental fatigue that determine it, are draining from your body as the water slides away.


Walk barefoot when you can on pure land (beach sand, grass, etc.), in such a way that it exercises a kind of massage on the sole of the foot. If you have no option, massage your feet with a cream after a long day at work and enjoy that feeling of relief.

Listen to music

Listen to music that makes you dance and sing, avoiding music that takes you back to sad moments. The vibration of the music makes our joy emerge, giving way to the manifestation of other positive emotions.
