  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of Honey -optional
  • 3 of Cup of Water
  • Some ice cubes for serving -optional

preparation:

  1. Grind all the above ingredients in the blender with a cup of water.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain and dilute with 1 to 2 cups of water.
  4. Add ice – optional.
