Healthy blueberry and strawberry jam that you can prepare at home.  With this recipe you can take advantage of both blueberries and strawberries to sweeten your meals.

Berries are an excellent accompaniment to any healthy dessert, and they help you lose weight because they do not add calories or fat. They also benefit your health and your skin because they are high in vitamin C, fiber, minerals and antioxidants, so don’t forget to buy strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries if you want to lose weight.


  • 1 cup blueberries and strawberries (or your favorite berry combination)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of pure honey (optional)


Simply grind the cup of berries in a blender on the lowest setting (leaving the consistency of your preference) with 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and a teaspoon of honey. Mix and empty into a jar and place in the fridge overnight. Chia seed creates a lovely jelly-like texture along with sweet berries and honey. Fresh, easy and free of refined sugar and preservatives.
