Fresh pumpkin butter with ginger


  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter (can be cow butter , but you should go for the organic one)
  • 2 tablespoons of muscovado sugar (sucanat / piloncillo / panela / rapadura) or you can opt for honey
  • 1/4 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/8 tablespoon cloves
  • 2 drops of pure vanilla extract

Mix very well until it is a smooth and homogeneous paste and store in a glass jar with a lid.
