If you’re a fan of salads, you’ll love this handy way to make a great, delicious, all-vegan creamy dressing with dairy-free ingredients, packed with flavor, and packed with great healthy fats.

Best of all, you can do it at home in a matter of minutes. And it almost goes without saying that it’s cheaper than store bought. It’s great as a topping on green salads, coleslaw, pasta salads, potato salads, on sandwiches, breads, cookies, and whatever else you crave to eat.

The next creamy dressing is rich in a number of health-enhancing nutrients, including healthy fatty acids, vitamin E, selenium, and helpful fiber. In addition, you can enjoy it without problems when it comes to your digestion, since by not carrying any dairy product, you avoid this type of problems.

Creamy dairy-free salad dressing

To make this delicious creamy dressing, you will need:

  • 1 cup of raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Water

Mix all the ingredients adding water little by little until reaching the desired consistency. You can also supplement the sunflower seeds with cashews, and add parsley or coriander as an additional aromatic herb. A really exquisite flavor is achieved.

Try this creamy dressing also with an appetizing salad of fresh vegetables, steamed vegetables, or as a sauce for a vegetarian dish.

Don’t forget to season with sea salt, to taste. There is a huge difference in taste when you add sea salt to this dressing.
