Scientific studies show that aspartame is one of the deadliest food additives today. Some of the most dangerous chemicals and drugs are actually not drugs at all, they are our food and drink. You may think that choosing a diet is a healthy decision, but you may not be aware of the dangerous effects of aspartame. What contains it?

Aspartame the deadliest ingredient so far according to studies

Many people don’t question the ingredients that are actually in their food, especially today. People automatically assume that diet drinks are healthy just because they have less sugar and calories. Most people don’t know that bigger and more powerful cola companies replace sugar and calories with ingredients that are not the same, but taste similar. Although their products can be quite tasty, they are horrible for your body.

One of the main ingredients found in diet soda is aspartame or aspartame . Aspartame is an artificial sweetener to replace the sugar in a regular soda. While it tastes very similar, it has nothing to do with sugar. Aspartame is a laboratory-engineered chemical that is terrible for the body. Nor is it “bad” for you; it is literally poison. It can triple your risk of stroke and dementia, according to a new study.

The study was conducted by scientists at Boston University. They studied more than 4,400 different adults to really discover the effects of chemicals in diet drinks . They concluded that adults who drink one diet drink per day have three times the risk of stroke and dementia.

Dementia is linked to the consumption of aspartame

The researchers carried out this study for almost ten years. The team concluded that adults who drank more or more diet drinks a day were 2.9 times more likely to develop dementia and 3 times more likely to have strokes or other cardiovascular problems.

Matthew Pase, Principal Investigator in the Department of Neurology at Boston University School of Medicine , says:

“Our study shows the need for more research in this area, given the frequency with which people drink artificially sweetened beverages. Although we did not find an association between stroke or dementia and the consumption of sugary drinks, this certainly does not mean that they are a healthy option. ”

“We recommend that people drink water regularly instead of artificially sweetened or sugary drinks,” Pasa added.

Diet duets contain aspartame

The team urges healthcare professionals to stop promoting diet drinks as a suitable replacement for regular sodas. This is not the only study that has been done on diet drinks and their effects either. Other findings were revealed by research conducted by Imperial College in London . It was published in the Journal Stroke of the American Heart Association , and followed 4,372 adults over the age of 45. Each participant completed a questionnaire on daily food and beverage intake.

Regarding the latest research, Dr Rosa Sancho, Head of Research at Alzheimer’s Research UK, said:

“As people become more aware of the consequences of a high-sugar diet, many are turning to artificially sweetened diet sodas as an alternative to high-sugar ones. Future studies should confirm these findings in other groups of people, and explore what could be behind any link between artificially sweetened sodas and dementia. ”

Gavin Partington, CEO of the British Soft Drink Association , disagrees with the empirical data. He commented on the find,

Despite their claims, the authors of this observational study admit that they found no cause and effect and do not provide any scientific evidence to support their theories. In fact, according to the evidence, Public Health England is actively encouraging food and drink companies to use low calorie sweeteners as an alternative to sugar and to help people control their weight. ”

Leaving everything that contains aspartame reduces migraine

However, anyone who drinks diet beverages is advised to make a different decision about beverages right away. If you are already choosing diet drinks, you must be aware of your health! Diet drinks are the direct opposite of a healthy decision. If you decide to cut out soda, you will experience relief from headaches and migraines. If you suffer from frequent headaches or migraines, it may be due to the diet soda habit!

A study in 2013 found that study subjects who drank diet sodas had damaged cells and nerve endings in the cerebellum, the part of the brain responsible for motor skills!

If you choose to eliminate them, you will also have more sensitive taste buds, weight loss, stronger bones, and even handle alcohol better. Amazing!

The next time you feel the temptation of a diet soda, and not just a diet soda that contains it, but multiple foods that contain it such as artificial sweeteners to sweeten your coffees, mints, gum, cereals, syrups, jellies, flavored powders to prepare with water, ketchup, cookies, jams, etc., remember all the deadly effects that sweeteners have on your body.

If, for example, a soda can clear a clogged drain tube, this says a lot that it can’t be good for your digestive system. Always read the labels before buying your product to see if it does not contain aspartame .
