With these abdominal exercises you can get a flat stomach just by doing a training routine of about 10 minutes a day. The localized work on the abdominals will allow you to specifically work the belly area to flatten it and achieve that the fat can be burned gradually.

It is important to consume foods that help us burn fat and thus eat a balanced diet to ensure that our abdomen ends up revealing a flat and attractive stomach.

Abs workout number one

With these routines you will work your abs in the best way, and you will obtain the desired results of reducing belly fat and achieving a flat stomach.

Crab Dance – 10 Reps.

Start in the crab position with your feet and hands on the ground. Suspending your butt and your abdomen up. Next, lift one leg and take the opposite hand to reach the feet. Repeat on the other side.

Side Plank Knee Hug – 10 Reps

Get into a side plank position, keeping your hand and shoulder aligned. Stacked feet (beginners may have the top leg slightly forward). Bring the knee to the chest and grasp with the hand. To hold back. Then lower your leg and repeat.

 Abs workout number two

Lying Down and Leg Raises – 10 Reps.

Lie on the floor on your back. Keep your lower back in contact with the ground, feet and legs together and straight up slightly off the ground. Spread your legs out and back to the center. Lift your legs up until they are directly above your hips. Slowly go down. Repeat.

Low plank from knee to elbow – 10 Reps.

Get into a low plank position  . Keep abs tight. Begin by bringing one knee to the elbow. Return leg back and repeat on the other side.
